Brief Description of the idea

Gria is a revolutionary kitchen appliance which offers total ease of use and unparalleled taste.Because of the components involved, Gria offers a rustic taste to your food items which remind you of the food of the village and take you back to your roots - simple yet delicious. Not to mention the benefits it offers to the elderly and also the children in terms of variety of food.'Gria' means old in Greek. So it is an apt name for the product which is inspired from an old Indian tool (Suribachi) and also it caters to the needs of the elderly.

Target Audience The product is targeted at the elderly people. But it could also be used by everyone as it serves different pur-poses as it adds to the overall taste of the food.It could also be used to make different foods edible for small children.

What problem is it trying to address Apart from providing unparalleled taste, the product also caters to the needs of the elderly and small children as well.As the elderly cannot chew the food properly, it would be a boon to them if they are able to convert the normal food in paste form, so that they don’t need to chew much. In this way they would be able to enjoy different vari-ety of foods without any problem. Also small children who have not developed teeth as yet could also be fed with different food in paste form. The product is very simple and easy to use as there are just 2 buttons as explained below in the idea descrip-tion.

Benefits of the idea/Impact The product is simple and efficient, less time consuming and could be used as a good replacement for tools like 'Sil Batta' and 'Suribachi', as people are busy with work and don't have the time to make the food the way their grandparents make in villages and also it would provide the taste of rural India to them right in the comfort of their homes without much effort. Also it is a product designed keeping in mind the elderly people, as they cannot chew hard stuff, so they need food which is softened. The daily homemade food could be processed as the desired softness and the elderly could again enjoy the variety of foods. The same way food could be softened for the children too. So it would vastly benefit the general public.

Scenario Process of using cosmetics

First the person use Face wash, to clean the face and Put a small amount of face cream on his/her fingers and apply it on the face.Means he/she need to have water, cleanser/soap and cream with him/her to perform the task of applying cream on face. The same thing become a problem, when the person is not at home, where s/he is not able to find out all these thing. My concept is keeping this problem in mind and providing a complete package for cleaning and applying cream on face.Where sanitizer and cream is integrated together, which will take care of cleaning hands and face with sanitizer and final touch with cream for keeping it glowing.

INSPIRATION

A Tree Tapped To Extract Its Juice: In this technique, the juice extraction is happened by tapering the trunk of the tree. And let the juice come out of its own.Same happening in my concept. I am using a pin which is inspired by the air filler pin of bicycle and football, in which there is hollow tube.

JAB in first Stage, when pin is its cavity. Round body of JAB allow you to set your prick point of your own, by not to force you to open from a particular location.

Prick on the most upper surface of JAB (anywhere on upper surface) for sterilizer. You can take sterilizer till that pin is inside the surface through the hollow pipe of pin

Clean your hands by applying Sanitizer on your hands. This stage enable you to apply cream directly on your face with hand/face wash whenever require.

Remove the Pin from upper surface and prick on the inner ball of cream. Prick wherever you want on inner ball of JAB for cream

Pour cream on your hand as much as require. . Same here you can take cream out until that pin is inside the surface

Apply cream on your face and remove pin from the JAB surface

Page 9: Portfolio priyanka rawal

Specialty of this packaging is you can prick anywhere on the JAB surface, every time you use it.As a thin lining of chloro butyl is provided under the surface of upper and middle ball of JAB, that fill the hole when pin removed from the surface .so every time you use JAB, it’s a thrill to set open-ing of JAB as per your choice. Sealing of the surface after removing the pin make it leak proof. So feel free to take JAB outdoor too. To have hygienic care for your skin and tension free leak proof seal.

FINAL PROTOTYPE Footwear in Design Exhibition

The footwear has a detachable strap that is worn around the ankle. The strap is then connected to the footwear with the help of hooks as shown in the figures. We can use such a concept on varied types of footwear with different designs of straps and hooks. The straps itself could be used as a designer accesso-ry.The footwear design is such that without the strap it would of no use for anybody else. The detachable strap could be worn on one or both the sandals. The other strap would be permanently attached to the other sandal.

Most of them have now been settled and country liquor and drug dependency are common among the men. They neither have their own land for farming nor a job to earn their livelihood.About one-third of India’s forests lies in Madhya Pradesh.
