Located on the island of Hainan, the project aims to restore the

seal to the site. The creation of the Water Park allows vacationers

to enjoy the climate and idyllic landscapes.

The land becomes a particular issue and the position of the

different buildings and their function is crucial.

Restaurants, museums and shops are the main functions of the

building in this area.

A week’s project for the realization of the wetland park essentially

consists of a central building multifunctional : ticket office,

restaurant, shop ...

Urban planning through a system of the architectural promenade

allows you to integrate into the background and the user to take

the time to stop and watch.

The ecology and conservation of the site were the key points of

the design.

Located in the east of Beijing, this campus of the University

requires an extension to accommodate a larger number of

students enrolled.

Over 40,000 m² of floor space, the building has mainly classes,

amphitheaters and library.

Positioned at the entrance to the campus, it becomes the new

symbol of the site.

With 350 m² area, this house is designed to be integrated into a

global urban planning.

The distribution on 3 different levels is related to the topography.

Using topography, the garden demonstrates a willingness and

geometric art.

The particular use of “Feng Shui” related to Asian traditions gives

this home a sacred space amid the new building.

In this project, it is to study the different types of roads

identifiable in the city of Tournai, Belgium. These make up the

urban fabric and organize the distribution network of the city. By

analyzing the plans and maps of the city, three types of roads

have been classified :

- The extra-urban roads such as country roads and highways,

- The suburban roads integrating distribution of residential

areas,

- Urban roads which are divided into several subtypes (city

center, main roads, edges of dock).

In the context of improving the deserted space of the train station

in Froyennes, the final project of the School of Architecture in

Tournai is focused on several elements:

- Partial coverage of platforms,

- The design of the public space surrounding,

- The creation of a car park and bus stop,

- The creation of trade and the ticket office.

Understanding of the structure and material savings are the two

essential elements for achieving coverage platforms.

Network and connections Analysis

The study of this development permits from documents such as

the PLU (Local Urbanism) to capture the best strict rules for

Creating subdivision.

The provision of housing is put into compliance but also for the

sake of comfort (lighting, audio, security) as well as an economic

concern (plot size, areas, networks ...).

Unused land, the parcels in “Villeneuve d'Ascq” bode financial

resources interesting.

A major problem on the ground is the lack of access by road. It is

therefore essential to create an exchange or redemption of a

portion of land available, vacant ...

This restaurant in the center of Marcq-en-Barœul occupies a plot

slender and narrow, the construction is limited to a FAR 0.4. The

building consists of a pancake restaurant with a capacity of 50

people on the ground floor and housing on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The courtyard can expand the dining area as well as separate

technical elements.

The rehabilitation of this building allows its standards PMR

(Disabled people) and fire while keeping its integration

of protected area.

The creation of an area is due to a variation of volume.

Linking green spaces and walls, the association of elements

create a reflection instead to take shape.

The structure target looks and confines all around this central

element.

The goal is to create consistency between intensions and

materialization of ideas.

4 cubes assembled developed complex form where the study of

tensile and compression is essential for the stability of the

building.
