PORTABLE SPAS Spa Shell Structure: The manufacturer warrants the structure of the spa against defects in material and work-
manship of the structure for five years from the date of purchase.
Spa Shell Surface: The manufacturer warrants the acrylic finish against defects in material, workmanship,
blistering, cracking, and delamination for five years from the date of purchase.
Spa Plumbing: The manufacturer warrants the plumbing of the spa to remain free of leaks for five years from
the date of purchase.
Spa Equipment: The manufacturer warrants all mechanical and solid-state components for five years from the
date of purchase.
All items under a “5 Year Warranty” are subject to the following proration guidelines:
Full warranty coverage (100%) applies for the first two years. Items are covered at 50% under warranty for the re-
maining three years.
All items under a “3 Year Warranty” are subject to the following proration guidelines:
Full warranty coverage (100%) applies for the first year. Items are covered at 50% under warranty for the remaining
two years.
Labor: The Manufacturer warrants labor for 2 years non-prorated. For authorized labor from date of purchase.
The authorized service company could assess the spa owner for reasonable cost of travel. Visits to diagnose, in-
spect, troubleshooting problems are not covered under the limited warran-
ty.
These were initially put on hold because of the balance of 108.14 on 23126, which is now paid as of 11/02/2020.
