Dear Chief Winters. **********I wanted to say "Thank You", to you and all the Officers involved in this investigation. Especially Matt, for putting up with me. I know I almost lost it a few times, but there was Matt assuring me of progress. As you know it wasn't the first time putting up with what we had to deal *********. Matt, really took the time to answer what questions he could and if he couldn't go into detail he stated that fact. He truly is an excellent Officer and as a Detective, our professional opinion is he does it with pride, very professional and gets the job done. Thanks agai n Matt! You have a terrific team Chief Winters!
