Steps for signing up a New Ambassador

1. Go to the Ambassador’s website that you are signing up under and click “Join Plexus”2. Choose a Welcome Pack or you can choose Annual Membership Fee only3. Choose an Auto Qualification: The most popular one is #6. It has one 30 day slim/accelerator combo and one 7 day

trial pack. (This will not ship if you have $100 in PV sales for the month or if you manually shut it off) This normally ships on the 25th if you do not have your $100 in PV sales.

4. Fill out Enroller Information: Under Replicated Site is where your website name will be created. (Ex: I put

“wendygregory” in the box and it created http://wendygregory.myplexusproducts.com.)

You will also develop a password for you Plexus account here. (It’s under the email information)

(Direct Deposit, Print Check or Propay Paycard) Then fill in the appropriate information for the method that you choose. “SAVE” information.

9. Go to “Email Server Settings” again. Click on “Lead Capture” and make sure it is turned on. Click “SAVE” (This makes a page pop up when someone visits your website that asks for their name and email before entering your website. They can skip it, but hopefully they don’t see the “Skip” button. You will get an email notification when someone visits)

10. Go to “Notification Settings” Type in your email address on one line and your cell number another line (if you want to receive text). Click “Save Notifications” and then click “Send Test To Email and Mobile) Hopefully, this says it was successful. This allows you to be notified by email and/or text when someone visits your page.

11. Go back to home page of “My Plexus Builder”. You can upload a profile picture12. Go to “Social Networks”. Under Facebook App click “Authorize”13. Go down to the “Enter usernames for” section and click on the “gray box after the Facebook icon”. A little box will pop

up with a link in that says “facebook.com/username/”, click on that. You will have to sign into Facebook and it will give you your username for Facebook. Copy that username and then back arrow to get to your “gray box for your username” and paste it there. Click “SAVE” Go back into the “Social Networks” and click “Send Test Post”. Check Facebook to see if something from Plexus postedGo back to home page of “My Plexus Builder”. Towards the top of the page click on “Social Tools” and then “Auto Post”. This is where you get to decide how often you want something to post. You also choose what kinds of things you want Plexus to post. New Ambassador “Help Your Business Grow” Checklist*These are some of the most important things for a new Ambassador with Plexus Worldwide*

1. Business cards

a. Business cards can be purchased through Plexus by logging into your back office and clicking the

Resources tab. Click “Business Cards, Banners and Signs” then select the “Business Cards” link to view

the options.

b. A popular location to also purchase business cards is www.vistaprint.com . You may design your own

cards or purchase their pre-designed options. They have other matching items you may purchase such

as labels, ink pens, etc.

c. Other good places to check out are the Facebook Plexus Swag Page (which you should be a member of,

request to join if you are not), or www.etsy.com . They have designers who can personalize a card for

you. Options include purchasing cards directly from the vendors (always ask if compliance approved) or

just purchasing an image to have printed where you choose, such as Vista Print.

FYI: Cards may NOT contain the Plexus Worldwide Logo as it is trademarked unless approved by compliance.

2. Catalogs

a. I can’t say enough good things about our product catalogs! The catalogs open up many opportunities by

giving a brief explanation about all of the products, the 3 levels of pricing and by sharing a few testimonies

about the company as well as explaining 11 ways to earn money through the Plexus Opportunity.

b. These catalogs may be purchased through your back office by clicking the “Shopping” drop down tab and

choosing New Order. The products list is on the left side of the page, select Promotional Tools. There

you will find the “Plexus Product Catalog” Qty. 25 for $12.99.

c. Give these to potential customers and existing customers with their first order. Leave in places of interest,

such as a waiting room, break rooms or other high traffic areas. (order these in time for your launch

party)

3. Ambassador Labels

a. You will want these to affix labels to items in which will refer back to you, such as catalogs, brochures

and/or products.(makes easy re-order)

b. You may purchase labels from Plexus, Vista Print or anywhere printing is available. (you may do them

personally as well) Be sure to include your name, phone number, ambassador number, email, and

websites. (ADDING YOUR RANK IS DISCOURAGED DUE TO ADVANCING RAPIDLY)

c. To buy them from Plexus, log into your back office and click the “Resources” tab and select “Labels” to

view the options.

4. Plexus Gear

a. Get a t-shirt, hat, bag or any PLEXUS SWAG to advertise no matter where you go! Be a walking

billboard! Clothing is very popular and easy way to represent PLEXUS! The “Plexus Swag FB Page” has

a lot of items to purchase including “bling” ranging from mild to flashy! (Please make sure when

purchasing items are “compliance approved”)

b. You may also purchase apparel and accessories from your back office. Go to the Shopping tab, click new order. Under the Products list, choose Plexus Apparel and Accessories.

5. Throw a “Launch Party”***Keep it Simple**

a. Set a date with your up line (ASAP) to introduce the Plexus products and business opportunity to all your

friends/family. This is an easy way to kick-start your business for great success!.

b. Ideas for your launch party can include samples of the Slim and/or Plexus 96, and drawing for Plexus items, products or gift certificates. (Do not go overboard that you lose money with your give a ways!)

6. 3-Ring Binder***VERY IMPORTANT***

a. Get a 3-ring binder to use as your quick reference for Plexus information. Putting your pages in plastic

sheet protectors is a nice way to keep your information from getting damaged and easily accessible for

copies. This binder explains about all of the products, FAQ about the products, the “spit test” (checking

for Candida) the Sept. 2013 compensation plan (needs to replace the old plan), price list and the

Plexus Lexus program. It also includes how to sign up a new ambassador (with actual screen shots!)

along with your up lines contact information.

b. This is also a good place to keep track of customer information along with their product use. Tabs/dividers are helpful to keep your information separated such as products, 60 day guarantee, ingredients and business expenses/mileage.

7. Share, share, share!

a. Get the word out to EVERYONE!! People won’t come to you unless they know you’re selling these

amazing products.

b. Share your website and testimonies daily on your social media accounts, send out emails, personal

letters or any form of communication.

c. Make sure your business cards are readily available to distribute.

d. Advertise on your vehicle with magnets, window decals and etc.(never display pricing publicly, only in a

personal message/conversation)

e. Do not pre-judge potential customers/ambassadors because you will be surprised who is interested! Not

comfortable explaining, give your up line contact information and they will help you out!

Ambassador Genealogy Report (Tracking report)

a. Sign in to your back office

b. Click “Reports”

c. Click “Ambassador Genealogy Reports”

d. Click “Sponsor Downline”

e. Make sure the “EOP Cycle” is the time period you want to check

f. Change the “Downline Levels” to the amount you want to check

g. Click “Process Report”

There is a lot of useful information on this report. Such as:

-Lists the level at which each person falls in your downline

-Lists everyone’s “Ambassador Number”

-Lists everyone’s “Join Date”

-Tracks your downline’s “Pay Points” (shares)

-Checks your downline’s status of being commission qualified (CQ)

-Lists everyone’s “Rank”

-Lists everyone’s total PV for the month (Personal Volume)

**This report also offers other information

b. Click “Shopping”

c. Click “New Order”

d. Click on “Product you are purchasing” (left side of screen)

e. Find the exact product and change quantity to the desired amount and hit “Add to Order”

f. Repeat steps “d” and “e” if more product needs to be added

g. Click “Continue”

h. Verify Billing and Shipping Information

i. Click ‘Continue”

j. Check over order one more time

k. Click “Continue”

l. Click “Payment” towards the middle of page

m. Enter CVV number (number on back of your credit card)

You can get status of your orders or your customer’s orders. If it has been shipped there will be a USPS

tracking number.

Financials Report (Explains your “Weekly and Monthly Paychecks”)



c. Click “Financials”

d. Click “Weekly” or “Monthly” period

e. Change to cycle that you are wanting to check

f. Click which format you want the report to display (PDF, Excel…)

g. Click “Commission Detail”

**Note: The first time you go to generate this report is will probably not display and you

will have to “Allow Popups” to make it display. Look towards the top of your screen for

the area that you will have to click.
