  • Three Mile Slough Gateand West False River Gate1992 SimulationsWest False River gate operation begins May 1, 1992 - About the time when EC for the SJR near Jersey Point begins to rise above Franks Tract ECFRG operation ends Dec 7, 1992 when central Delta begins to be flushed with fresher water from the Mokelume system. (Dont want the gate to impede the flushing of the central Delta)TMS gate was not operated. There was not the opportunity to balance the Emmaton and Jersey Point flows (net flow for the SJR at Jersey Point most always greater than the net flow for the Sacrameto R. at Emmaton).
