Class description: This class is for non-Chinese background
learners who have no or limited knowledge of
Mandarin Chinese. After graduating from HSK 4 level, our
students can communicate about their
daily, academic and professional life in Chinese and will also
be able to easily communicate
when travelling through China.
Mandarin is one of the most influential languages to learn
today, with over 1 billion Mandarin
Chinese speakers worldwide. Class participants will not only
gain invaluable Chinese language
skills but also acquire employment-related skills, such as:
communication, teamwork, learning
and problem-solving skills.
You can learn: 600+ commonly used words; 50+ key grammar points;
pass HSK 1 certification;
write/read around 150 Chinese characters.

Where is my class held?
Classes are held at Level 1, 5/101 Francis Street,
Northbridge.
Do you teach writing (Chinese literacy) as well as speaking?
Yes.
Do I receive a diploma or other certificates upon completion of
the course? Our clients are able to obtain the internationally
recognised Chinese language proficiency qualification (HSK Level
1/Level2/Level3) after successful completion of the Basic Mandarin
program.
What is the level of difficulty? Easy* - HSK level 1 program
Easy* - HSK level 2 program Normal - HSK level 3 program Normal -
HSK level 4 program Hard - HSK level 5 program *Our students had
achieved passing rate of 99% in the formal HSK 1 exam from 2017 to

The school’s cancellation policy strictly follows the general
practices of the industry and Australian
consumer protection laws.
When you can cancel a service
If you have a major problem with a service or a minor problem
that can't be fixed within a reasonable time
you have the right to cancel a service contract, when it is:
• provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill
• unfit for the purpose you asked for
• not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed
end date.
Services you can’t cancel
You must pay for services you’ve received under a service
contract that worked as expected.
You can’t cancel a service contract or get a refund if the
problem was outside the control of the provider or if
you:
• changed your mind
• not able to attend classes due to change of personal
circumstances
• insisted on having a service provided in a particular way,
against the provider’s advice
• failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider
