OUR APPROACHAt StratisQ Africa, we offer bespoke evidence-based training solutions and interventions that are designed to meet client-specific needs. Our dynamic training process allows us to align our training offering to the client’s company-specific strategic goals, values and strategy drivers.

Our training is not only focused on imparting knowledge but developing competencies. As an outcome, we define competencies as acquired skills, knowledge and behaviour change.

The first phase of our training process is to engage with our clients and the relevant stakeholders within the organisation to get an understanding of their training needs as they relate to their strategic goals. This will enable us to align our training process with the internal anchors of the organisation.

To ensure that the training has minimal disruption on the day-to-day operations of the business and thereby minimising potential loss in productivity, we develop a training scope with the relevant stakeholders.

PRE-TRAINING 360-Q ASSESSMENTPrior to training, we conduct a 360-degree assessment measurement that will give us an indication of the high-level strengths and developmental areas of individuals within the organisation.

INTERVENTIONUsing strategy drivers as anchors in the training courses ensure that delivery is focused and targeted. Our courses are offered at different work levels to ensure that strategic intent is filtered down throughout the whole organisation.

Taking into consideration the complexities of client operations, we offer courses in two main formats namely, classroom/traditional facilitation and e-learning.

POST-TRAINING 360-Q ASSESSMENT

Our training courses are results-based and it is important for us to show our clients their return on investment.

We do this by re-assessing all the individuals.
