The Phase I-II - Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) update is an update of a previous environmental report prepared by this firm, as detailed below. Site Information The subject site is a rectangular shaped property that is currently vacant and used as a parking lot. The proposed development for the site is a multi-storey residential building. The site is in a municipally serviced area. The purpose of the Phase I portion of the ESA was to review updated historical records and conduct a cursory site inspection. The purpose of the Phase II - ESA update was to compare the previously obtained analytical results to the current MOE Table 3 standards for the proposed residential development.
