ECA: stipends listed in agreement are now based on a $35,586 beginning salary.Health Insurance: • No changes; however, the HSBT has not yet set premiums for 2014. • Employees who keep dependents on HSBT insurance for secondary
coverage will now pay the difference in cost. The township will not pay for this. If this change doesn’t happen, we all pay more for a benefit that only few use.
Sick Bank: • Teachers pay back 5 days/year. If this doesn’t happen, we will all
have to donate more days to the bank. • Short-term disability language added.
