A copy of the Inspector’s Report is available for inspection on the Agency’s website www.epa.ie . Any objection to the proposed determination may be made on-line on the Agency’s website at www.epa.ie or by sending it by prepaid post to the headquarters of the Agency, or by leaving it with an employee of the Agency, at the headquarters of the Agency in Wexford during office hours, i.e. 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. A valid objection must be received at the headquarters of the Agency before 5.00 pm on the applicable date, as specified in the accompanying notification.
