Declaration under section 31 (6) of the Highways Act 1980

1. I am the owner of the land described in paragraph 4 of Part A of this form and showngreen on the map lodged with Bedford County Council on 6th March 2006

2. On the 6th day of March 2006 my predecessor in title, Jonathan Michael Knights,deposited with Bedford County Council, being the appropriate council, a statementaccompanied by a map showing my property coloured green which stated that:

the ways shown coloured green on that map had been dedicated as bridleways

the ways shown coloured purple on that map had been dedicated as footpaths

no other ways had been dedicated as highways over my property

3. On the 11th day of July 2015 my predecessor in title Jonathan Michael Knights depositedwith Bedford Borough Council, being the appropriate council, a declaration dated 11th July2015, stating that no additional ways had been dedicated.

4. No additional ways have been dedicated over the land coloured green on the mapreferenced in paragraph 1 above since the date of the declaration referred to in paragraph 3above and at the present time I have no intention of dedicating any more public rights ofway over my property.
