Steve & Marilyn Wagner: Steve & Marilyn initially began attending West Lawn grieving the 1st anniversary of Marilyn’s mother’s passing, and after experiencing the warmth of the service and a subsequent healing prayer session, felt the need to recon-nect with their faith at West Lawn UMC. Both are commit-ted to Lions International, as well as to service in the church through whatever area they are needed. They have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a much-beloved grand-child, and are hopeful for more on the horizon.
We would like to say “Thank You” to Debbie Beidler who has been serving as our Receptionist for the past six months. Debbie came on tempo-rarily for a couple months to help us get through the busy Christmas Season and decided to stay. Debbie will be leav-ing at the end of May to spend time with her children, and we would now like to welcome Alex Bryan as our new recep-tionist!

Farm in Mt. Union, spend the entire day at the festival, and return home after the closing fireworks!
You may have seen this chicken around our church a lot lately! Eric Schneiderhan is serving as an intern with our pastoral staff and youth, and what a wonderful breath of fresh air he is to have around! He was a big help to make our Chicken BBQ fundraiser for youth missions a success, has been participating in our FUEL and SMASH programs, and delivered an unforgetful children’s sermon for the 11:10 service on Sunday, May 27, complete with a huge “bouquet” of balloons to share with the children! Be sure to introduce yourself to Eric if you see him around the church, with or without the silly
