Carbon Fiber is a vinyl with the look and pattern widely known and recognized as Carbon Fiber, a composite known for its light weight and strength. It has a multi-dimensional texture with sophisticated, metallic color that draws from both classic and modern influences. The look of the Carbon Fiber material is often described as high tech & masculine. This vibrant vinyl easily molds to the contours of the seat, wears better than genuine leather, is abrasion and mildew resistant, and is UV stable. Saddle Blanket seat covers have color-matched thread, tailored corners, double stitching, and reinforced critical seams. 3500 SeriesThese are manufactured using 100% genuine Australian Merino sheep-skin on the seating surface and backrest with a matching acrylic simu-lated sheepskin covering the skirt and trim. This seat cover has a full backing. Rear pocket openings are available upon request.

3600 SeriesThese are manufactured using 100% genuine Australian Merino sheep-skin on the entire seat cover. This seat cover has an open back and will leave factory map pockets exposed.

Headrest CoversMost vehicles have separate, adjustable headrests. Some people do not want covers for the headrests so we sell them separately.On some newer vehicles changes are sometimes made to headrests mid-way into a model year. Armrest CoversThere are two different types of armrest covers; small and large.Small armrest covers are covers for the folding armrests on the sides of seats, which are usually found on bucket seats.Large armrest covers are covers that go over the folding armrests that pull out of the backrest or flip down from the center of the seat. You can refer to the seat styles in the application guide for more information on seats with armrests.Refer to your individual price pages for pricing on armrest covers.

PocketsThere are five types of pockets available; front bench pockets, front bucket pockets, rear bench pockets, rear bucket pockets, and pistol pockets.Front bench pockets are 6 inches deep and are available only on seats that are solid across the entire bottom seat. They are divided into sec-tions and are located on the front of the seat cover behind your knees.Front bucket pockets are also 6 inches deep but are available on seats that are split (i.e. 60/40 or 40/20/40) or on bucket seats. These are lo-cated on the front of the seat cover behind your knees.Rear bench and rear bucket pockets are approximately 15 inches deep and are located on the back of the seat.

Pistol PocketsPistol Pockets are a new type of pocket that are available on the front of seats. They are designed to fit a pistol and two magazines. They work for either left handed or right handed users. They are equipped with velcro making the pocket detachable from the seat. Each pocket is pad-ded and lined with velour to protect the pistol from wear and damage.

ScabbardsScabbards are only available on solid bench seats. These scabbards span across the length of the seat. They are a long pocket with a snap-closed opening that will accommodate a rifle, fishing rod, carpenter level, or other long items.

Special OPSTM PackageThe Ruff Tuff Special OPSTM (Outdoor Pocket System) Package is an accessory that can be ordered with a new seat cover and sewn into the backrest.Each side of the The Ruff Tuff Special OPSTM Package comes with two pouches that open on the sides, used to store long items like rifles, fish-ing rods or tools. In addition they come with 3 rows of MOLLE loops, a carabiner that can be used to hang items off the back of the seat, and two pockets with velcro flaps used to store smaller items.The Ruff Tuff Special OPSTM Package is available exclusively in the Dura EZ Care, the Outdoor Camo, or the Tactical Camo materials.

Most vehicles with a 40/20/40 seat come with multiple configurations for the 20 section. Because of these different configurations, additional information may be required to make the correct 20 section cover. The price will be the same whether you have a 3-piece or a 2-piece 20 sec-tion.There are four 20 section configurations. The specific options available will vary from model to model. See the application guide for options on a specific make/model. 1. Non-Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 piec-es; a backrest/console piece and a bottom piece. The console may or may not have cupholders. We will make cutouts for any cupholders on the seat so you still have access to them. 2. Top Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 3 pieces; a backrest piece, a bottom piece, and a console lid cover. The top of the 20 section opens up with storage but the bottom of the 20 section does not open. 3. Bottom Cushion Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 pieces; a non-opening backrest/console piece and a bottom cushion piece. The bottom cushion of the 20 section can open with stor-age beneath it. 4. Top and Bottom Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 or 3 pieces; a backrest piece, a bottom piece, and usually a console lid cover, except on a few models, like the Toyota Tundra, where the complexity of the lid cover is difficult for a console lid cover to fit well. Most come with the console lid cover. Both the top and bot-tom cushion 20 section pieces open with storage in this configuration.

Fold-flat Passenger Seats Some vehicles come with an option for a passenger seat backrest that can fold all the way forward so it is flat. This allows use like a table for laptops or to provide a little more storage space in the vehicle. This op-tion is called the fold-flat passenger seat. In vehicles with this option, the passenger seat is actually shaped dif-ferently and requires a completely different pattern for the seat cover. The easiest way to tell whether your passenger seat is folding or non-folding is to fold the passenger backrest forward towards the dash. If the seat folds all the way forward it is the fold-flat passenger seat. If it only folds forward partially, it does not have this option (see the exam-ple pictures on page 39).

Non-removable Headrests On some newer vehicles, there is an option for active headrests, a new safety feature that helps protect you from whiplash in an accident. In some versions of this system there are electric wires that run into the headrests, making the headrests non-removable. If the vehicle has one of these systems, special accomodations are designed in the seat covers to enable installation without removing headrests. If you are unsure if your vehicle has active headrests, look at the back of the headrests. If it has a hard plastic piece on the back of the headrests, it probably has the active headrests. (See the picture on page 39 for an example of a seat with non-removable headrests)

If your vehicle has the option for seat mounted airbags, we will make accommodations for those airbags. We will do this regardless of wheth-er your vehicle has the airbags or not, in order to ensure that the safety concerns with the airbags are properly addressed. With the accommoda-tions, the airbags will deploy normally. Heated Seats / Cooled Air Conditioned SeatsRuff Tuff Products seat covers impact the performance of heated and cooled \ air conditioned seats. The impact is minimal in heated seats due to the nature of the technology used in heated seats, however the impact is very noticeable in cooled \ air conditioned seats, cutting the air flow significantly.

Foam BackingThe foam used in Ruff Tuff seat covers is the finest quality foam used in the industry! This fire retardant foam has a scrim backing and provides comfort, durability, and structure to the seat covers giving you a finished looking, quality seat cover. It is one of the reasons we can truly say we manufacture “America’s Finest Custom Seat Covers”.The foam is only used in the seating area of the seat. It has a scrim backing protecting the integrity of the foam from regular wear and us-age.Saddle Blanket seat covers are not manufactured with foam backing, Neo-Supreme has a laminated foam backing that is different from the foam available on other seat covers.

UTV Seat CoversRuff Tuff Products now offers a full line of seat covers for UTV’s. UTV seat covers are very similar to our regular seat covers manufactured with the same great materials, without the foam backing. We know these ve-hicles are going to be out in the weather. Our aim is to protect the UTV seats as well as the UTV seat covers from the effects of moisture and water. By omitting foam backing these seat covers will not hold mois-ture or water, which would reduce their life cycle.

However, the catalog only lists part numbers for most trucks, SUVs, and some of the more com-mon cars and vans. Each year new patterns are measured as soon as the vehicles appear in the showrooms. TIME REQUIRED FOR SHIPPINGRuff Tuff Products’ seat covers are custom made when you place an order. Shipping times vary. Orders that are lack-ing information will, of course, take longer. Call for specific information when you place the order.

TERMS OF SALEPrices subject to change without notice. All prices are “per each” part number unless otherwise stated. Possession of a price list does not constitute an offer to sell.

TERMS/ NET 30 DAYS Statements are sent the first of each month. These are due on the fifteenth of the month. Past due charges of 2 percent per month (24% APR) will be charged on all past due accounts. Orders for past due accounts will not be shipped.

OPEN ACCOUNTA signed credit application with references of at least three suppliers and a bank will be required for the credit depart-ment to verify a new account’s credit status. Orders shipped prior to credit approval will be shipped COD or paid by credit card.

WARRANTYRuff Tuff Products will warrant against defect in workmanship and material for 1 year from the date of pur-chase. Ruff Tuff does not warrant against color change, light fastness or fading. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement only. This warranty will be effective only if the defective item is returned along with the original sales receipt. Ruff Tuff’s liability shall not exceed the replacement or repair cost of the merchandise. The product may be repaired at Ruff Tuff’s discretion.

Return PolicyItems may be returned during the first 90 days after shipment for credit as follows:1. Factory Defect or Error2. Customer Ordering Error: All orders are custom made for each individual customer. Credit or partial credit,

under these circumstances, will be determined on a case by case basis. Unusual custom orders of unusual color combinations or very rare/old vehicles may be given no credit. All items for return must be accompanied by an invoice and must have a Return Goods Number (RG#). This must be obtained by calling customer service at 800-453-8830
