RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICYPermission for any returned merchandise must first be secured from company in writing. DO NOT telephone for permission. The return of non-defective Pacific Play Tents merchandise, when authorized, is subject to a 20% restocking charge. All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. No shortages are allowed unless reported within 10 days.

COD & CBD ORDERSAll COD & CBD orders must be processed with a Cashiers Check, Money Order, Certified Bank Check, Cash, Visa or Mastercard. Company and personal checks will not be accepted unless approved in advance by authorized personnel. COD orders subject to $15 handling fee per box.

SHORTAGESIf shipment is received short from a carrier, then a freight claim must be filed immediately with that carrier. Our responsibility ceases when we receive the signed bill of lading. If a shortage occurs within sealed cartons, we must have a shortage report within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for verification. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage in transit. Claims must be filed with carrier.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTSAll past due accounts will be subject to a 2% per month late fee (24% per annum or the highest percentage permitted by law, whichever is lower) on any past due balances. In addition to the balance due and any late fee(s), account agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs. it along on their travels, and her child would feel much more comfortable knowing that there was always a piece of "home" wherever they went, and if he ever felt uncomfortable, he could just go inside his tent and feel as if he were in his own special, little place. Traveling became a little easier. Her life became a little easier. We were just as gracious to hear her story as she was of us for

providing a product that would change her life.
