GoArmyEd Account on Hold for StudentAgreement?

Is your GoArmyEd/Federal TA account on a Student Agreement Hold? This is a TWO part process and once your account is on hold you can not receive Federal or State TA.

Below are simplified steps to create your course planner (OR) you can paste the following link to your browser and launch the screen shot tutorial https://www.goarmyed.com/public/facility_pages/NG_Oregon_Education_Services_Office/files/ Creating%20Course%20Planner.pdf

1.Obtain your Degree Audit Report (might be called something different at your school) from your school’s online account. The correct document includes your name, your school’s name, your specific degree program and lists all the courses required to complete your degree. Most degree audits will show the classes you’ve already completed (marked in green), those you are currently enrolled (marked in blue) and those you still must complete (marked in red).

2. Select the [Course Planner] Link on your GoArmyEd homepage.

3.Upload your official degree audit - you can download this from your school on-line account: the degree audit includes your name, school name, your degree program, all the classes you've completed and those you need to graduate.

4.Next enter only the number of remaining units you need to graduate (this should be provided by your school on the degree plan/degree audit).

5.If the course you wish to take was uploaded to GoArmyEd by your school, you will be prompted tosearch for the course to add it to your Course Planner. If the school has not uploaded the course youneed, manually enter the required course information.

6.Add courses required to complete your degree to your Course Planner. If you have already completed the course, don’t add it to your course planner. Only remaining courses need be entered.

7. Click [Submit] and your Course Planner is forwarded for review/approval.Do not wait to complete your course planner at the last minute. Once you submit it, it must be reviewed and approved by a counselor before you can request TA
