About Oxygenated Products Group (OPG)
Gas inFusion is a mass transfer operation whereby sparingly soluble gases are dissolved in liquids in a completely bubble less fashion.
Infusion works by creating large surface areas within the mass transfer (oxygenating) devices.
The technology keeps the systems simple to operate, economical to run and very robust & reliable.
The efficiency of this manner of mass transfer allows the production of stable liquid streams containing enormous quantities of dissolved gas.
Because the oxygen is trapped at a molecular level it stays in solution at standard atmosphere for long periods
Works at any scale Ranging from cc/min to thousands of liters/minute
Works at a fraction of the energy cost normally associated with gas dissolution

Aquaculture
Maintaining optimal dissolved oxygen “DO” levels are essential in aquaculture
Fish grow faster with lower mortality rates resulting in substantially higher yields
Trout grew 60% faster in the first 120 days in oxygen infused raceways
Sturgeon grew 20% faster over 5 months in oxygen infused tanks

Wastewater treatment
The global water treatment market is valued at between
$400 and $500 billion…
between $65 and $75 billion relates specifically to
equipment.

Wastewater treatment
“Over half of the world’s hospital beds are filled with people suffering from
water related diseases while some 2.2 million people die each year from
diarrhoeal conditions: 1.8 million of them are children under 5 years old.”

Wastewater treatment
In 1995, over 400 million people lived in countries experiencing water stress or water scarcity
By 2025, that number is expected to rise to 4 billion – over half the world’s population
By 2020, India’s demand for water is expected to exceed all current sources of supply
By 2030, China’s demand for water is expected to increase 400%
Nearly 1.1 billion people still lack access to water supply service and 2.6 billion people lack access to sanitation

Wastewater treatment
Superior technology and applicationDespite the scope and scale of the problem, the industry relies on outmoded technologies
Aerobic digestion is 15X more effective than Anaerobic, occurs naturally and is essential to effective wastewater treatment
The single biggest limiting factor in wastewater treatment is the ability to achieve the desired “DO” levels required to sustain aerobic digestion
OPG gas infusion solutions are significantly more efficient and effective than existing aeration technologies at achieving and maintaining the optimal “DO” levels
Our solutions have demonstrated a 90% reduction in electricity required to achieve the same work as existing aeration equipment
The average wastewater treatment plant would save between $250K and $750K annually in electricity saving alone
12-15X ROI over the life of the equipment
Disruptive technology that can be added to existing RAS plant; or serve as the basis for distributed / in situ treatment
