    of the following circumstances.

    (1) User violates any terms of this agreement

    (2) User is unable or refuses to make any required payment.

    b. User may terminate this agreement by written notice to the Company under the following

circumstances, but may not seek a refund of the amount that User has already paid to the Company.

    (1) User waives the license.

    (2) User destroys or loses the software package and prevents the Company from being able to confirm

    its existence.

    c. After termination of this agreement, User may not use the Product in any way, shape or form.

    1. Prior to Starting

    1-1. Overview

FOR-A LUT Converter allows you to convert 1D-LUT, One-dimensional Lookup Table, files of

various camera log formats to a FOR-A original format (FOR-A 1D-LUT), which is a dedicated

    format for FOR-A products, FA-9600 and USF-106UDC/DC-12G.

General 3D-LUT (Three-dimensional Lookup Table specifying colors with RGB values) files can

also be converted to the FOR-A original format (FOR-A 3D-LUT, .bin file). 3D-LUTs are very

effective for color conversions including gamut and dynamic range changes.

    1-2. Key Features

Conversion from various camera logs into FOR-A 1D-LUT

    Supported 1D-LUT files:

Autodesk Lustre, Adobe After Effect, DaVinci Resolve and Sony SRW-1

    FOR-A 1D-LUT file editing

Conversion from general 3D-LUTs used in various NLE systems
