deTAGtive system in public transport

Target: to improve automatisation and reliability of the announcement system for passengers waiting on the stations.

Problem: vehicles are being equiped with telematic systems but on some spots is the signal week or lost, e.g. reliability problem, therefore additional system needed, e.g. deTAGtive.

Configuration: - each vehicle gets 1 BLE TAG integrated - the TAG Finders (readers) are being integrated into active announcement systems(displays) at

the station.- The TAG finders are sending an allert to dispatching, that particular vehicle is approaching the

station (approx. 50 meters), on-line modus- Piloting situation is being discussed with our customer for a wider net of deTAGtive system
