December 18, 2015Observations- The sixth floor tenant will occupy on Monday 12.21.15. - A temporary partition in main lobby has been installed to separate

construction activities from tenant activity.RWU - 5th Floor is ready for framing and in-wall inspections. Minor framing

needs to be completed at HVAC and stair shafts. Overall very good progress. Drywall loaded and ready for installation as soon as inspections occur.

- 4th Floor same status of 5th floor- 3rd Framing substantially complete, electrical rough-in installation

underway.- 2nd Floor drywall partition layout underway. South easterly stair work

area has been isolated and heavy demo for wider stair imminent.- 1st Floor stairway demo and structural work being coordinated and will

begin soon.
