Abstract: Dormitory is an important place for college students to live and study. The study, exchange of ideas and life of college students is closely related to college students' dormitory, and the development of college students' physical and mental health is strongly associated with them. The construction of socialist civilization in colleges and universities is even more closely connected with it. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students' dormitory management, and takes this as an opportunity to integrate ideological and political education into the management of college students' dormitory in the manner of "With wind, it steals in a night; Mute, it wets everything."

1. Introduction

Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating excellent successors for the society and the vital mission of cultivating qualified socialist builders for the society. With the progress of campus culture researchers, its research content has gradually widened, from the study of university campus culture to the study of university culture. College dormitory is a multifunctional place for students to study, live, rest, communication and so on. At the same time, the construction of students' spiritual culture is also closely related to it, and the dormitory of college students is an essential symbol of the construction of spiritual civilization on campus. In the face of the in-depth study of the current higher education reform, the social environment has brought great challenges to the management of college students. 2. Problems existing in the Management of Student dormitories in Colleges and Universities

2.1 The extreme atmosphere of the dormitory in colleges and universities

The political atmosphere, learning atmosphere, dormitory life and so on of the dormitory members all belong to the dormitory atmosphere. Similarly, it is also the most critical component of dormitory environment life, which is also an important expression of dormitory culture. In contemporary college dormitory, the extreme dormitory atmosphere is one of the most common problems. Dormitory members have high learning consciousness, civilized speech, and behavior, excellent academic performance, which is the bedchamber with a delightful atmosphere. On the contrary, dormitories with bad atmospheres, such as lazy life, lazy learning behavior, unsatisfactory behavior habits, a heavy comparison between dormitory members, lack of public moral awareness, and so on. The bad atmosphere will have a huge impact on dormitory members. In life, the behavior habits of many college students will have a certain impact on the growth of students, the group behavior of a bad atmosphere. The healthy growth of students will be changed by the phenomenon of an evil atmosphere. If it is not stopped and educated in time, college students will also be exposed to this phenomenon when they are involved in other work and study. Therefore, the growth of college students is closely linked to ideological and political education and plays a very key role in dormitory life.

2.2 Lack of cleanliness in dormitory interior

Compared with the dormitory of middle school, the dormitory of college students is freer, and it is not as harsh as the management of the dormitory in middle school. At the same time, many college students will have more time to indulge in leisure and entertainment when they return to their dormitories due to the popularity of electronic equipment and no strict institutional constraints. As a result, the time allocated to dormitory housekeeping has naturally been reduced. College students do not possess good self-discipline after they go to college. Therefore, in the placement of personal effects and domestic waste, there is not much requirement. Because of the existence of objective reasons, for example, the shortage of teachers in colleges and universities and other problems, the dormitory health inspection is not too extreme frequency. It is tough for students to maintain a good state of hygiene in the dormitory in such a relaxed situation. Dormitory internal affairs and the dirty environment of the dormitory are eventually caused by the lack of a sound supervision system and the relaxation of the students' mentality.

2.3 Different living habits, resulting in friction between dormitory members

Owing to different living backgrounds, different regions, different interests, each person's different personality differences, will certainly lead to conflicts between members. For instance: in the dormitory, some students privately adopt pets; some students return late to ignore the rest of others; some students are too proud to ignore the feelings of others and so on. If the two sides hold each other's words, do not humble each other, cannot run-in a smooth transition, the conflict will be intensified.

2.4 Teachers' understanding of student dormitory management is lacking.

College students' daily life cannot be separated from college students' dormitories. As an influential place to live, its key is needless to say. College dormitory life should not be limited by dormitory administrators and counselors. Dormitory management is a system engineering; not only

is required to ensure logistics, maintenance hardware, and teachers should also actively participate in dormitory management. In life and classroom teaching, teachers lack effective guidance to students.

3. The role of the Integration of ideological and political Education in the process of dormitory Management in Colleges and Universities

At the present stage, the ideological and political education is carried out with the ideological and political theory course as the carrier. However, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is mainly narrative, most of which is more boring. Classroom teaching limits the thinking of teachers and students, the lack of equal forms of interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching, and the effectiveness of education is not sufficient. Therefore, the focus of colleges and universities should be changed from classroom education to students' daily life, from narrative education to dual education, mainly communication, and ideological and political education in college students' dormitories is one of the ways of communication.

3.1 The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is closely related to the ideological and political management of dormitories

Student dormitory is the necessary place for students to live. The daily life of every college student cannot be separated from the dormitory. The study, life, and communication are inextricably linked to each student here. The dormitory is the small society in which they get along day and night. Every week, counselors and head teachers visit the dormitory to communicate with each other to understand the students' dynamics and pay attention to the students' ideological trends. Depending on statistics, college students in college dormitories account for about 2/3 of the four-year time in colleges and universities. Therefore, the dormitory is of profound significance to the study career of college students. In addition to classes, students devote more time to their dorms. Similarly, dormitory life is no longer a new topic for university administrators. The integration of ideological and political education into the management of dormitories in colleges and universities will be more convenient for counselors and class teachers to perform their work. Compared with the rigid conversation in the office, the college dormitory will make the students more relaxed and do not get a great sense of defense. The dormitory is an area where college students are prone to conflict in addition to the classroom. In the face of emergencies, counselors and class teachers in the dormitory visit process, with targeted ideological and political education, while publicizing the rules and regulations of colleges and universities, to inspire students, so that students grow up healthily under the rules and regulations of colleges and universities.

3.2 The management of dormitories can be guaranteed and promoted by ideological and political education.

In the process of visiting the dormitory, the counselors and the head teacher infiltrate the ideological and political education into the dormitory management through language, so that the students can understand the rules and regulations of colleges and universities. First, students are kindly requested to strictly abide by them in the process of the visit and effectively avoid the formality of the rules and regulations. Second, explain the truth clearly in the way of elaboration, so that students have taken the initiative to abide by it, and then implement the rules and regulations of colleges and universities. Finally, students are transformed from managers to managers. 4. The effective way of the organic integration of college students' dormitory management and ideological and political education.

4.1 To establish a dormitory management team with both moral and talent, and to promote the implementation of the management work.

It is the fundamental task of colleges and universities to train New Generation with "Four Qualifications" for the society according to the standard of socialist modernization. As the general effect of talents, "morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor" naturally need to cooperate with the implementation of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. Here, college dormitory management is the most critical link in the entire education system, and this is a great system of engineering. It is necessary to create a professional management team, which consists of teachers, administrators, political workers, and so on, to establish a good relationship with students, to understand the ideological dynamics of college students and grasp the opportunity of ideological and political education. The content of ideological and political education should be carried out in a targeted approach. Make ideological and political education more targeted and predictable, let college students' ideological and political work and students' life organically linked, to improve the degree of students' basic civilization, and establish appropriate behavior habits. The dormitory management team should care about and influence the students, and guide the students to establish a correct outlook on life and values in the form of words and deeds so that they can receive the ideological and political education of the dormitory management. Gradually improve college students' self-behavior. The quality of dormitory managers will be improved, the concept of students as the dormitory management center will be established, and the dormitory management system will be improved: clear functions and power, a clear division of labor.

Carry out the management of students' dormitory in the form of cooperation, and finally ensure the idea of humanizing management. With professional and intimate service, promote the application of ideological and political education management in college students' dormitory.

4.2 Perfect the detailed rules for the Management of College students' dormitories and promoting the Construction of College students' basic Civilization

The perfection of the management system of college students' dormitory is an essential guarantee of the basic civilization of college students. "morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor" is the assessment standard for each college student. The total results of the assessment will determine the merits and demerits of each college student, which is related to all kinds of selection during the period of students in colleges and universities and even related to the distribution of graduation. In the moral education assessment system, the performance of students in the dormitory will be quantified. To promote students to abide by the various systems of dormitory management in colleges and universities, so that students in the dormitory to constrain their behavior, and ultimately establish a correct order of life, and actively create a "civilized dormitory."

To establish a student self-discipline inspection committee, to organize evaluation activities among "star-rated dormitories" through irregular inspections of the student dormitory environment, and to carry out appropriate recognition and exposure, to cultivate the students' collective sense of honor. Finally, it establishes its moral, civilized habits and promotes the all-round development of college students.

4.3 Give full play to the exemplary role of college students and create a comfortable environment suitable for students to reside in.

Teachers, administrators, and governmental workers are the core of college students' dormitory management. Therefore, we should strengthen the ideological and political work of its personnel, and establish an effective management system to give full play to the prototypical role of students. Through student role models, to influence more students, the backbone of students has a certain influence in the student group, because their behavior is usually more prominent in all aspects. At the same time, it is also the object of every student to emulate. In the accumulation of time, there will be plenty of student orientation.

5. Conclusion

Dormitory management of college students is a more complex project. The integration of ideological and political education into it requires educators and colleges and universities to study further and improve. I believe that through perseverance, the improvement of student management will soon be around the corner. To manage the college students' dormitory well, create a good educational environment.
