Dear OC Realtist members and guest,

Thank you for joining the OC Realtist 4th quarter Prayer Breakfast of 2013 at Mimi’s Café in Yorba Linda. We hope you will make it a tradition to attend the Prayer Breakfast every quarter with the exception of the 3rd quarter of the year. Please plan to start the year off right with us at our next Prayer Breakfast on January 3th at Christ Our Redeemer Church 46 Maxwell Irvine, CA. 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The objective of the Prayer Breakfast is to motivate and inspire us all to keep balance in our lives as we pursue the opportunities

that God gives us to build wealth and provide for their families. We serve an awesome God who loves us, and is always forgiving and meeting our needs.

We should all strive to have Purpose, Passion and Peace in every area of our lives and recognize God for the major role that He plays in our lives. We are not here today by any power of our own. It is by the grace of God that we are alive today and able to give Him the credit that He is due. It is my hope today that you will be encourage by the message from Aaron Zapata, the music from Aveli McCoy, the testimonies from Alisha Chen, President of AREAA OC and Tina Estrada, President Elect of NAHREP, Matt Luke, Broker and former professional Base Ball player, our audience today and the great fellowship and food. KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Aaron Zapata is the broker-owner of Zapata Realty, Inc. located in Yorba Lin-da, CA. He has been a licensed broker for over a decade. His growing practice includes residential and apartment sales in Southern California.

Aaron holds a degree in Biblical and Theological studies from BIOLA Univer-sity and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Cal State Fuller-ton. He has been quoted by the Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, and the Associated Press and is an author and speaker. He is also maintains designations and memberships with nearly a dozen organizations aimed at raising the standards and ethics in the real estate industry. Although ranked in the top 1% nationwide, he gives each client his focused attention with the simple purpose of doing what is best for them. Nearly all of his business co-mes from referrals from his satisfied clients.

Aaron lives in Yorba Linda with his wife Dawn. They have been married for 18 years and have a 10 year old named Levi, a 7 year old named Malachi, and they have a Beagle name Sadie. He is an active member of Friends Church in Yorba Linda as a Board Member, and the Chamber of Commerce where he serves as the Chamber’s Network Connection President. This past summer he travelled to India with his oldest son to care for and educate the poorest of the poor.

OC REALTIST®We are the official Orange County Chapter of The National Association of Realtist® (NAREB). The Orange Coun-ty Chapter was chartered on August 4th 2010. The efforts to form this chapter began in November of 2009. We became a chartered chapter of NAREB because of a few committed individuals who have been members from the very beginning. Each member of the NAREB® Organization is referred to as a Realtist®. A Realtist® is a registered Trademark and Designation for members of NAREB®. The Realtists have made substantial contri-butions to the cause of “Democracy In Housing” by working to provide housing for all without limitations. It is that same level of commitment from members like yourself that will enable us to become a strong chapter within the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and that will give us the resources required to meet the needs of our members and the community now and in the future.
