To get a nursing job in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) you need to take note of the following things: 1. Make sure that you already have a 2 year experience in a tertiary hospital and obtain a Certificate of Employment for this it. 2. Have all your important documents certified, authenticated and verified (CAV) in the Commission of Higher Education (CHED). Contact your school’s registrar for more information about this. 3. The above mentioned documents in number 2 includes Transcript of Records, Diploma and Summary of Related Learning Experience. 4. Have your PRC License, Board Rating and Board Certificate CAV as well. Go to the nearest PRC office for this one. 5. If all the documents in numbers 3 and 4 are all ready, have it red ribboned in the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). 6. If you’re living far from the main office of the DFA in Manila, you can have your red ribboned documents delivered to your house with the courier Wide World Express (DHL). Just go the nearest branch in your place. PRC and CHED will provide you claim stubs for this. 7. If your documents are ready, several working agencies for nursing jobs in KSA are waiting for you. Just comply with their own requirements and in 2 months time, you’ll be flying to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for your work. 9. Make sure you already have your passport. 8. Just make sure that your working agency is registered in the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA). You can always check it before giving out any amount of money to them.
