•Pre-requisite knowledge: Only for Engineering and Business classes

•In partnership with the New South Wales Department of Environment and Conservation

•Learn about Australia’s unique flora and fauna

•Get an indigenous perspective on conservation management

•Exposure to challenges of managing natural and cultural history in the 21st century

•Introductory science course

Sustaining the Attraction of Australia

Examines tourism and event management issues facing public and private organizations across a broad spectrum of sectors in the tourism industry

Witness behind-the-scenes operations at major key attractions and businesses

Learn the significance of tourism to Australia as its largest revenue earner

Sport, Law & Society in Australia

Explore the history of Australian sport & the development of a

body of law to underpin its place and function in society while

also learning about the country’s unique sporting culture!

Energy Tomorrow:

An Engineering & Management Perspective

•Themes Include: Energy and Sustainable Development; Energy Storage; Energy and Process Industries; Renewable Energy Technologies; Emerging Energy Technologies

•Laboratory work conducted at the University of New South Wales, including the use of UNSW’s Photovoltaic Centre

•Students must be majoring in the field of education

•Learn how to conduct business in foreign countries

•Focus on development of Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines and how their respective histories have influenced business practices

•Recognize the role of political systems affect business in the region
