Turn effectivity into your direction!The NOX Tiltrotator by KINSHOFER is one of the most effective tools for excavators with an operating weight of 3t up to 25t. Its 360° endless rotation as well as a tilt angle of up to 2 x 55° make your machine turn into a multi-functional carrier.

You will be able to finish much more different kinds of works in much less time and at the same time create a safe working area.

Additionally you have the option of an electric feedthrough for the use of special safety quick couplers and tool recognition. Moreover the NOX Tiltrotators are already prepared for 2D-/3D excavator systems. Your machine is thus becoming a semi-automatic carrier.

GRABSTrust Kinshofer‘s more than 45 years of experience in constructing grabs and combine the NOX with any kind of grab. Using a HPX-grab makes your NOX an absolute power package!

BUCKETSAll kinds of buckets can be used. For example also the narrowest buckets for cable trenches, that do not protrude beyond the tiltrotator‘s width. Thanks to the NOX you can thus excavate deep trenches even under already existing tubes.

GRIPPER A clever addition to the NOX: thanks to the TR Gripper, that can be mounted to prepared tiltrotators, you can position poles and curbstones.

CONTROL SYSTEMSThe perfectly suited proportional and sensitive KINSHOFER control provides for more safety and precision. Users can now control the actions of their NOX Tiltrotator with two joysticks. Quick coupler and mounted attachments can now be controlled conveniently and effec-tively with the smart NOXPROP control. A separate display is included. You can easily adjust your control with the new KINSHOFER configurator program.

Experience and innovation have led to one of the most advanced tools for excavators – the NOX Tiltrotator: continuous 360° rotation and a tilting angle of up to 2 x 55° make it a universal joint. Combined with quick change system and various attachments this means highest efficiency at any construction site. The NOX Tiltrotator range is optimally engineered to suit excavators with an operating weight from 3t / 6600 lbs to 25t / 55000 lbs.

Precision and safety due to „smooth“ proportional control (optional). High stability and long service life thanks to special cast housing. Low overall height thanks to elliptic rotary actuator: large travel. High and constant tilt force due to cylinderless rotary actuator. No protruding parts: excavation with narrow bucket in small, deep canals, even under or in between existing tubes. Low maintenance: worm drive runs in permanent greasing. Option: High-flow swivel up to 30 MPa / 4320 psi or electric swivel.
