In DeWitt County, a state highway is hereby designated from Cuero to a point on State Highway No. 119 in Goliad County; said intersection to be at most practical point, or as near as possible to the place where State Highway No. 119 turns in a northwesterly direction, with the understanding that such highway w i l l not be taken over for maintenance until finally constructed,

A state highway is hereby designated from Catarina, In Dimmit County to a connection with State Highway #55 at or near Artesia Wells, in La Salle County, on condition that counties affected w i l l provide not less than 100' right-of-way on location to he approved hy the State Highway Engineer, and with the further understanding that such road w i l l not he taken over for maintenance until finally constructed.

In Dimmit County an i n i t i a l appropriation of $2,000.00 State Funds is herehy made to he expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Maintenance Division on State Highway Ho. 85 ahout 7 miles east of Carrizo Springs over the Hueces Biver for cleaning and painting steel Bridge. This appropriation.being made for Betterment Work, Job Ho. M-22-F. A.F.E.-32-964

In Dimmit County an i n i t i a l appropriation of $3,221.36 State Funds is hereby made to be expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Maintenance Division on State Highway No. 4 , 0.58 mile south of Carrizo Springs a net length 192 f t . for recon­ditioning of a bridge over Carrizo Creek . This appropriation being made for Betterment "ork, Job No. M-22-G.

I t is moved by Judge Hy, seconded by Mr. Martin, that a highway be designated from Cisco northeast to a point on Highway No. 67, on con­dition that the State w i l l not assume maintenance on such highway until Eastland County has furnished not less than 100 f t . right-of-way on location approved by the State Highway Commission,

I t is ordered hy the Commission that the section of Highway No. 55 extending from Hock Springs in Edwards County to a connection with High­way No. 30 in Sutton County, as designated in Minute #7003 passed October5; 25th. 1932, be taken over for Maintenance, after grade and drainage completed.

In Erath County an i n i t i a l appropriation of $20,861.71 State Punds is hereby made to be expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Maintenance Division on State Highway No. 10, from east end of pavement, Stephenville to Hood County Line, a distance of 15.9 miles for building a detour to be used during the construction of S.P, 563-B and P.A.P. 164. This appropriation being made for Betterment Wort, Job No. M-2-C-4 and on condition that said county w i l l furnish suchj right-of-way as may be required, fencing to be done by the County.
