In Bastrop County an i n i t i a l appropriation of $3,965.50 State Funds is hereby made to be expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Maintenance Division on the Old Sen Antonio Boad, fr|om it s Intersection with Highway No. 71, six miles west of Bastrop to Bastrop-Caldwell County Line, a distance of 13.2 miles for clearing and grubbing. This appropriation being made for Betterment Work, Job No. [-14-2-5 and on condition that said oounty w i l l furnish such right-of-way! as-may be required to be not less than 100ft. in width, fencing to be done by the County. In Bowie County an increase appropriation of $4,355.15 State Funds is hereby made to be expended under the direction of the State Highway Engineer through the Maintenance Division on State Highway No. 11 from DeKalb to Sulphur Mver a distance of 14.91 miles to cover overrun in­curred because i t was necessary to place more gravel than originally authorized, in order to secure a satisfactory thickness of base for sur­face treating. This appropriation being made for Betterment Work, Job No [-1-X-5. A.F.E.-32-954

I t is ordered by the Commission that an appropriation of $693.76 be made to cover the claims of the Austin Bridge Company on F.A.P. 584-A, Brown and McCulloch Counties, this amount being recommended by the Claims Committee, and covers additional compensation on reinforcing steel in the amount of $148.16 and additional rock compensation in the amount of $545.|p0,
