Darren Strong from Strong Chiropractic, announces a new, sophisticated computerized decompressiontable that allows the spine to be gently stretched andrelaxed for spinal decompression therapy. The pattern of alternating pulling andrelaxing creates vacuum-like pressurewhich allows disc material that washerniated or protruded to be pulledback in the disc over time. Patients will notice a reduction of theirpain during these treatment sessions. Stopin today and ask about the newtable and how you can benefit.

The Rolling Stones -”Honk” -I think the first question thatneeds to be asked is “do wereally need another RollingStones greatest hits package?”One could answer “if you don’twant it-don’t buy it, or listen to it-right?”. Yet here we are-with“Honk”, a best of collection withtracks from every Rolling Stonesalbum from 1971 to 2016. Thereare a number of buying optionsfor “Honk”;firstly, the 3CDand digitalversion bothhave 36 songs-i n c l u d i n g“Brown Sugar”,“ T u m b l i n gDice”, “Angie”,“It ’s OnlyR o c k ’ n ’ R o l l(But I Like It)”,“Fool To Cry”,“Miss You”, “Emotional Rescue”and “Start Me Up” just to name afew. There’s also a single CDversion available, and a 2 recordvinyl version to appeal to recordcollectors. The bonus disc of the3CD edition includes 10 livetracks recorded at sold-outstadiums around the worldduring the band’s recent tours, with some very special guestsalong for the shows; songsinclude “Dead Flowers” withBrad Paisley, “Bitch” with FooFighters frontman Dave Grohl,a wonderful version of “WildHorses” with Florence Welchand “Beast Of Burden” with EdSheeran are the enticements

here. More recent recordingsinclude some of the band’s2016 “Blue & Lonesome”album songs; “Just Your Fool”,“Ride ‘Em On Down” and“Hate To See You Go” top offthe collection nicely. In additionto what I wrote earlier, for thedie-hard Stones fan there’s aDeluxe 4LP coloured vinyl set, featuring the 36 studio tracksand the bonus 10 live tracks. It’s housed in a special slipbox, and is availableexclusively through Music

Va u l t z . c o m .Canadian fanscan get alimited-editionFan Packversion of“Honk” thatincludes thestandard CDedition, anexclusive pairof sunglassesand an

exclusive beverage koozie-both adorned with the RollingStones’ Tongue logo. Thisrelease was planned tocoincide with the RollingStones tour that wassupposed to start on April 29,but 75 year old Mick Jaggerhad a health scare (andsubsequently heart surgery)and the tour was postponed. So, between now and then die-hard fans will have to settle forthis latest release. To behonest though-if ya have aStones greatest hits packagealready, you can live withoutthese release options-unlessyou’re thinking “I know it’s onlyrock and roll but I like them, lovethem, yes I do”.

When is my return due?Your income tax return is due on April 30 each year, or June 15 if youor your spouse ran a business in the year, although if you owe tax yourpayment is due on or before April 30. If you owe taxes, make sure yourreturn is transmitted or postmarked before midnight on the due dateto avoid late-filing penalties and interest. What happens if I file late?If you file your return late and you owe taxes, you’ll automatically becharged a penalty of 5 percent of your balance owing. On top of that, you’ll face a penalty of 1 percent of the balance owing for each monthyour return remains outstanding, to a maximum of 12 months. Anddon’t forget the interest: the CRA charges interest, compounded daily,on outstanding balances and penalties. Can I change my return if I find a mistake?Yes, you can file a T1 Adjustment using form T1-ADJ, “T1 AdjustmentRequest,” to amend your return for any mistakes you may find afterthe fact. You can also request changes online under the “My Account”online. Most taxpayers are encouraged to speak to their tax profes-sional to file an adjustment to ensure that all required lines arechanged in the adjustment request. What If I Can't Afford to Pay the Tax I Owe?Even if you can't afford to pay the income tax that you owe, you shouldfile your tax return by the annual deadline of April 30th in order to avoidany late-filing penalties. The late filing penalty is 5% of the balance owing, plus 1% of thebalance owing for each full month that your return is late, to a maxi-mum of 12 months (that would be a total penalty of 17% of the bal-ance owing). If you have incurred late-filing penalties in any of thethree preceding taxation years, your late filing penalties are doubled. So if you're late year over year, you're going to cause some pretty heftypenalties! After you file your tax return, you will be sent a Notice of Assessmentfrom CRA which shows the balance of tax owing. After the paymentdeadline, interest will accrue on this balance at the CRA prescribedrate of interest, compounded daily. The current interest rates can befound on the CRA prescribed interest rates page.
