Getting to Bus and Coach stops 1 Proceed through Passport control, Baggage reclaim & Customs 2 After entering the Arrivals concourse, exit the North Terminal 3 For bus stops 1-3, turn left – For bus stops 4 & 5, turn right NORTH TERMINAL SOUTH TERMINAL TRAIN STATION – For bus stops 6-14, turn right and follow the covered walkway – For bus stops 15 & 16, cross over the pedestrian crossing and proceed to the drop off area. Where are the nearest shops and restaurants? • There’s a WH Smith & Costa Coffee located in the Arrivals concourse. M&S Simply Food, Boots, Caffe Nero, Costa Coffee, WH Smith, Giraffe, Apostrophe & Wetherspoon Bar & Restaurant are located in South Terminal, just a short FREE shuttle ride away. Where can I get a luggage trolley? • Luggage trolleys can be found outside North Terminal by bus stop 3. Where are the nearest toilets? • We’re transforming North Terminal and building more toilets.
