conference room space, 2500 sq. ft. library,2200 sq ft fully equipped deli, ~2000 sq. ft. exercise room

– Surrounded by parkland, with nearby ball fields and bowling alley– 6 story parking garage (697 parking places)

• Building to be “topped out” (roof on) by end of December, 2007• Begin installing systems – December 2008
