NIC Partners exists to help our customers understand, implement and leverage technology in their organizations.

NIC Partners will be the leading Cisco network integration company in the SLED and Healthcare vertical marketplaces in the Southwestern United States.

Our objective is to become an employee-owned company with a revenue target of 200 million dollars with a net profit of twenty million dollars by 2022.

• Role & ResponsibilitiesFrank’s job is to ensure that customers have a consistently outstanding experience when they partner with NIC Partners. His focus is to empower the NIC Partners staff to improve daily in their journey to excellence. He provides whatever assistance his employees need to do the right thing, every time, for NIC Partners’ clients.

• Experience and QualificationFrank has more than 35 years of management experience. He has experience in contracting, working as a Project Manager, General Manager, Vice President and Managing Partner. With a rich history of supervisory roles, Frank has amassed an impressive toolkit of business management skills that have served him well in the dynamics associated with a successful company like NIC Partners.
