Differential Characteristics:• Progressive, symetrical, deep T wave
inversion in chest leads V2 and V3. The slope of the T waves are generally at 60°-90°.
• May present with a bi-phasic T wave • Little or NO enzyme elevation• Little or NO ST segment elevation• No loss of precordial R waves
