During this project, we learnt many things. How people wish their homes to be. From their tellings and wishes, we have made an approach to our new project "Neelkantheshwar". Why we are calling it that way, is not a short answer, so we'll leave it for later. "Saptak" was our life till we handed over to the people who loved our house buildings. It continues to be our life. It gives us pride. With "Neelkanth" we hope to replicate "Saptak". A really nice house to live in. This Newsletter introduces the readers to "Neelkantheshwar". It's design and uniqueness. We hope you'll love it.
Unique Features.
We are constantly adding new features to make our villa remarkable and truly distinct. Some of such features are,
1. Micro Wind Turbines : These shall help the house to generate its own electricity. No need to depend on Govt. electricity supply.
2. Industrial RO : Every Outlet of water in this house shall be pure drinking water.
3. Compost : Each and every bit of Kitchen waste shall be recycled to form fertile manure. That too in a completely clean manner.
4. Bio-Gas Plant : A ready to use Bio-gas plant shall be fitted with a dedicated gas pipe line.
5. Solar water heaters : These shall be pre installed with well planned dedicated water supply lines.
Planning :
The planning of this project has been kept simple. The Villa is completely detached on all four sides, with wide roads on three sides. This is a 5 bedrooms house. One dedicated Media Lounge and a Library. There are two sitting spaces (formal and informal), one with T.V and one otherwise. Dining hall has been kept at a different level than the sitting spaces.
On demand and feedback, Kitchen has been sized quite big to accommodate Island type furniture layout.
Parking space for at-least two sedan cars have been carved out.
