Step 1 — Outer Shell

Lay the Nerf Strongarm on its side, left side facing up.

Locate the 12 Philips head screws and remove them: Head Diameter= 4.3mm, Thread Pitch=1mm, Screw Length= 8mm

Step 3

Before removing the cover, makesure to first remove the cover for thecocking mechanism. The top half isfreely removable.

The other half of the cockingmechanism is connected with aspring which may slide off theblaster. Be advised this is normalbut worth watching to avoiddamaging the spring.

Step 4

At this time, remove the blastercover to reveal its internals.

If the blaster is resting on its side,the barrel may shift slightly as it isleaning on itself (seen in the image).This is normal but should behandled with care to keep theblaster together.

Step 5

Once the screws have beenremoved, lift the top half of the gunoff.

Notice, the gray colored piecemust be removed first in order forthe larger half to be removed.

Take care and try not to lose anysmaller pieces as you open it up.

Locking tab for attachments.

Step 6 — Unloading Button

Look inside the top cover of the blaster and locate the tab extending from the unloading button. Itshouldn't be too hard to find as pictured since it will be the only orange piece.

Inspect the button's location for signs of debris impeding its operation. Replace if necessary.

Ensure the unloading button has a 45 degree angle contact surface.

Step 7

To make the relevant pieces accessible, remove the barrel from its position on the bottom half ofthe blaster cover.

Step 8

On the bottom half of the blaster, ensure the tab from the button makes contact with the barrelassembly.

Clear out any debris in the way, or replace the button as necessary.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
