With weekday, evening, and weekend hours, it’s easier for you to get the care you need, when you want it. • Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm • Saturday–Sunday, 9am–6pm Quality care with approachable pricing Not a member? Not a problem. Care Essentials gives you the high-quality, convenient care you need, whether you have Kaiser Permanente coverage or not. We welcome members and nonmembers alike and accept self- pay and most health insurance plans. Easy payment options: • Kaiser Permanente coverage: If you are a Kaiser Permanente member, you pay your primary care office visit cost share (copay or coinsurance), based on your plan benefits. • Other insurance plans: We accept all commercial health insurance plans and will bill your insurance provider. We ask for a $25 payment at the time of the visit to cover likely copay/noncovered costs, and you will be billed for any balance that your insurance provider does not pay. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and eligibility before seeing us. • Self-pay: Affordable, easy-to-understand pricing, with most services costing $140.* We accept all major credit and debit cards, including health savings account (HSA) cards. *Add-on services, such as vaccinations, lab tests, and injections, may have an additional charge.
