The Team

The TeamNational Talent Riyadh is overseen by Tom McGregor.

With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR services forleading international companies.

Tom is spearheading the implementation of National Talent in the Kingdom.Supporting Tom in Riyadh is a team of six consultants who manage the whole lifecycle

of the recruitment process for our clients. These consultants are experts in advertising, staff selection, headhunting and interviewing. All team members have a private sector background in

human capital development, consulting or HR services so they truly appreciate and can understand the needs and solutions required for our clients.

Our NetworkNational Talent has its headquarters in Al Khobar, in the Eastern Province,but we also have branches in Riyadh and are soon to open in Jeddah.Our branch opening programme is ongoing with new branches being scoped in 2017 for;Jubail, Ahsa, Dammam, Buraidah, Yambu, Tabuk, Taif, and two more in Riyadh.This network will enable employers to source candidates from National Talent officesin all the major conurbations in Saudi Arabia;and represents the first truly national recruitment offer for business and candidates in KSA.
