For work involving erecting, servicing, constructing or maintaining communication towers or similar structures, the Contractor agrees to have Support Membership status with the National Association of Tower Erectors ("NATE") and be actively engaged in implementing best practices, safety requirements and training as advocated by the NATE organization.
