PROBLEM
The inconsistency and haphazardness of NAIA 1’s existing wayfinding
system adds to the rise of stress and anticipation level already caused by
airport procedures.
OBJECTIVE
• Create a system that feels holistic and complete, providing consistency across communications, while accommodating constant changes in information
• Answer traveler needs when it comes to airport terminal navigation
