Business case :

Bajaj Auto mobile is booked A Shipment from Mumbai to Bangalore by AIR. To

Execute this operation Activity we had use the following function:

• Generate PRS To pick shipment from customer premises which Mode is “ ROAD”

• Generated LS to Consolidate All material which is are Shipped To Western Region

HUB

• Updated Loading Sheet & generated master manifest.

• Hired A vehicle from Prasanna cargo to Ship that Shipment from branch to

Operation hub, mode of transport is “ Road”

• Arrived that vehicle at Operation Hub South Reason By vehicle Arrival & Stock

update module

• Generate new LS & MF to consolidate All Shipment which are Suppose to Sent it

At BLRB, Which next location is SRHB

• Generated AHC for the Rout : WRHB – SRHB, which mode of transport is AIR

• After that I had created a MAWB which contains Summarized information of that

shipment which is loaded at APMUM [ airport Mumbai] &un loaded At [ Airport

Bangalore]

After reaching Bangalore,

• I had used vehicle Arrival module To update Vehicle arrival & then Stock update

to unload vehicle at SRHB [ South region hub]

• After reaching Shipment at SRHB we again hired a vehicle which Carrying it

from SRHB to Bangalore branch [ BLRB] from where it is Supposed to be

delivered

• Then for last mile delivery I had hired a vehicle by Creating DRS which is used

for last mile delivery At Customer premises.

Please Note : in this case MAWB- master Airway bill nunber is used only for

Reference to capture operation detail like Flight no & other detail from Airport to

Air port.

there is not Any provision to closed MAWB or payment Against MAWB.
