Kimberly Burton, P.E. AICP, CTP, LEED AP ND, PresidentMs. Burton is a professional engineer and planner with over 20 years in the public and private sectors; she is also an Associate Professor of Practice in City & Regional Planning at The Ohio State University. She has broad planning experience, spanning transportation planning, community and economic development, environmental studies, and public involvement. Ms. Burton has worked on all levels of transportation projects, from state-level systems plans, to multi-county plans, to corridor and site-specific studies. She has completed land use and access management plans, safety studies, bypass and connector feasibility studies, bicycle and pedestrian plans, Complete Streets plans and initiatives, mobility and wayfinding studies, corridor revitalization plans, and transit studies for a variety of clients.

Amelia Mansfield, AICP, Planning & Communications Director/Transportation LeadMs. Mansfield is a professional planner with over ten years in the public and private sectors. She has experience in multi-modal transportation, community, sustainability, and environmental planning. She is adept at developing and managing programs and projects and has worked extensively with public and private entities to create and implement successful plans. With BPS, she has managed several transportation projects including the ODOT Active Transportation Academy and the Toledo Downtown Transportation Plan. Prior to joining BPS, she served as a Planning Manager for the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission where she managed their Complete Streets Program and developed Central Ohio’s first Active Transportation Plan.
