of cutting-edge technology in our equipment, we offer the lowest
sound intensity range on the market, between 70 and 78 dB,
depen-ding on the size of the unit.
how our ultrasound equipment worksCleaning comes about thanks to
the emission of ultrasound waves in the water through ultrasound
transmitters, also known as transducers. These waves are
transmitted throughout the tank causing thousands of water molecule
implo-sions every second, a phenomenon known as cavitation, to
produce a micro-brushing effect on the surface of the item to be
cleaned. Since cleaning is ca-rried out through immersion, all
hard-to-reach areas are cleaned thanks to the item being in contact
with the water and the ultrasounds.
Suitable frequencies for cleaning in the automotive sector are
40 KHz (sweep system 2%) and multifrequency 40-90 KHz, achieving
optimal cleaning without damaging any soft material such as
aluminium, magnesium, brass, etc. 28 KHz is occasionally used
(sweep system 2%) for special needs.
