One benefit of using your news-
letter as a promotional tool is
that you can reuse content fromother marketing materials, such
as press releases, market stud-
ies, and reports.
While your main goal of distrib-
uting a newsletter might be to
sell your product or service, the
key to a successful newsletter is
making it useful to your readers.
A great way to add useful con-
tent to your newsletter is to de-
velop and write your own arti-
cles, or include a calendar of
upcoming events or a special
offer that promotes a new prod-
uct.
You can also research articles orfind filler articles by accessing
the World Wide Web. You can
write about a variety of topics
but try to keep your articles
short.
Much of the content you put in
your newsletter can also be
used for your Web site. Micro-
soft Publisher offers a simple

Gilly holding his Lighthouse Cat,
Ziggy

Answer: Nothing...It just waved!

The next time you pass through
the campground on your walk or
bike ride take a moment to wave
hello to our new campground
hosts, Judy and Ricky Wonnacott
and their dog, Smokey. I had the
opportunity to interview them
and find out some of their
thoughts on what it is like to be
a campground host. The Wonna-
cotts are residents of Brimleyand were hired by SMore
Memories LLC, which is the com-
pany holding a five year contract
with the Hiawatha National For-
est. They say that their favorite
part about being campground
hosts is that they get to meet so
many interesting people from
different places. Their least fa-
vorite part is cleaning the out-
houses! Judy and Ricky have an
8 year old grandson who will be
coming up to stay with them and
enjoy some swimming and boat-
ing in our lake. They are very
friendly so dont be shy to stopby and chat.

Trial And Error
By: Jack Adams
Its just not coming
Its supposed to be here
The Ideas late
I cant describe the frustration Im feeling right now
Oooh no
Oh no no no no no
Im running out of time
How does my teacher expect us:
These unknowing adolescents
To bust out a paper
Compacted with a meaningful story
Complete with rhythm and rhyme
In so little time
Wait a minute
Whats this?
Is it here?
Did the idea come?
Lets try this out
Lets see what I can do with this
Rhyme, time, fine, wine, rine, shine, dine, dying, cry-
ing, trying, buying, shrine, kine, jine, cine (with a
C) .
BEEEEEEEEEEP
This just in
The idea was last seen boarding a plane that crashed
on the way to poetry
BEEEEEEEEEEP
Many victims of trial and error have been escorted to
the hospital to be treated with patience
Perhaps the truth depends on a
walk around the lake
- Wallace Stevens
Let yourself be open and life will be easier.
A spoon of salt in a glass of water makes the
water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake
is almost unnoticed.
