1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips ¼ cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons peanut oil for stir frying 4 cups of cooked white rice
