Our proud historyAlmost 100 years have passed since the first bicycle left our factory in Vansbro. Today, Monark has deve-loped into a leading brand in many parts of the world. This success also applies to the Monark ergometer where we are the leading brand in the world today. How did we get this far? A big part of our success is our history and proud craftsmanship. We are extremely proud of our craft and we know what our products mean to our customers. Monark has become a concept where we talk about quality in every aspect.

Looking back, it’s not a coincidence that so many professional users choose Monark. Our bicycles are more than a regular bicycle; it’s a tool, an aid and a flexible mean of transportation. This is why we, in our “state of the art” factory in Sweden, manufacture bicycles in many shapes; from cargo bikes to tandems, tricycles and post bikes. The Monark post bike has become a well known and appreciated companion in postal services around Europe. A distinguishing feature of our bicycles is that our products are not built like regular bicycles. Our wheels, for example, are built with reinforced stainless steel rims and spokes. The frames are designed for heavy duty use and the components are chosen for their high quality and durabi-lity. Some of these bicycles also have specially designed carriers both front and rear. Monark Professional is the name of this product segment, where bicycles are built for professional users with specific demands.

Monark Exercise has great experience in building bicycles for people with special needs who want to get around in a safe way.

A stable tricycle with two wheels at the front for safe forward motion. 20” wheels and a frame with extra low step-in mean this bike is suitable for everyone. ECO E-bikePower assisted cycling.The bike is equipped with a strong 250 watt electrical driving unit witch helps you when you need the help the most. When the driving unit in turned on the electrical assistance starts to help emediately up to 25 km/h. Depending on how much effort you choose to apply a single charge can get you about 50 km, (its depend on several factors as the ground, temperature and load). Charge time is about 4,5 houres. When the power is of you can use the e-bike as a normal bike.
