Objective of internshipAt the end of Student Industrial Training

Students will be able to apply and exchange theoretical knowledge
with industry personnel. To acquire in communication, management

HISTORY OF IMPSAIMPSAs origin dates back to 1907, when the
grandfather of Enrique M. Pescarmona, current Chairman of the
Company, founded Talleres Metalrgicos Enrique Epaminondas
Pescarmona in the province of Mendoza, where cast iron spare parts,
wine making equipment and gates for irrigation canals were
manufactured.
In the late 1980s IMPSA expanded its operation to overseas and
Lumut plant was formed in late 90s. With a production floor space
of 21,000 square meters erected on 17.8 hectare site in Lumut,
Malaysia. The plant manufactures turbines, generators, hydro
mechanical equipment, cranes and generator components.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION
IMPSA (M) has offered a full exposure about working in the
industry. With conducive environment, friendly staff and proper
facilities, it allows and further motivates students to gain as
much knowledge and experiences as possible. As a platform for me to
be future mechanical engineer, IMPSA (M) really provide a guidance
to develop both technical and other soft skills for the early
exposure of manufacturing industry. I would like to thanks once
again to all those people that has guided me throughout his
duration in this company.28
