1. Viewport size of smartphones are increasing: as a result, usability of some UI patterns are getting worse. Even the usability of native OS patterns can change over time.

2. Holistic UX is getting a huge attention again. The experience based approach will grow to be an overall better solution for product strategy planning. Holistic UX is also the best method for for designing multi-device experiences.

3. The Internet of Things is here. Creating solutions for a target groups problems will be supported with smartened up "things" and various gadgets.
