In general all ISO9000 certified companies has to recalibrate traceableall flowmeters which are relevant for quality control.

Different methods are available:

• Flowmeter is sent back for recalibration

Long shut down time

• Flowmeter will be compared with a scale

Sample has to be taken and a traceable scale must be available

• Flowmeter will be compared with a volume

Sample has to be taken and an approved tank must be available

• Flowmeter will be compared with a reference

We will design the mobile rig according to your application:

• Construction such as piping, material, process connection, devices

•Task i.e. registration, visualisation of the measureing values, pump

control, batching etc.

• Different kind of power supply, compressed air, for hazardous areas

• All devices can be calibrated traceable

Project handling

• After the first customer contact, the customer should decide either one

of the two standards are suitable or he needs a different rig.

• A specification sheet supports to specify the rig.

• The offer will be prepared according to the specification sheet.

• E+H will manage all the sub-suppliers, set up and test the rig.

• Afterwards, the rig will be calibrated in PC Flowtec.

• A witness test can be ordered optionally
