Mobile ready website?
What are the differences?
So what is a Smartphone?
What do you need to do to get ready?
Mobile Ready? Yes No
Can you find your business using Google on your phone?
Can you ‘check in’ to your business location using Facebook?
Is your website easy to navigate on various smartphones and tablets?
Is your business/website listed when you carry out a Google search on your smartphone or tablet?
Do you know how your potential and existing customers are using mobile devices?
What about your website?
• Check out if your website is mobile ready
• If it’s not, contact your web designer or a mobile specialist to get mobile ready
• Be clear what you want your mobile site to do:
– What are your goals? How do they differ from your main website?
– Do you want to carry out transactions?
– What is the call to action?
What does the future hold?
By the end of 2012, 16 UK cities –including Glasgow and Edinburgh - will have access to the new, superfast 4G
