To ensure its effective implementation, the following duties/responsibilities shall be undertaken by the respective offices/agencies/organization; 1, TECHNICAL EDUCATION ANO SKILLS OEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA) Davao City/Sur Provincial office a) Provisjon of technical assistance in formulating the curriculum design intended for technology based community training programs in Massage The[apy and Hairdressing b) Proiision of trainers and shoulder the honorarium of the trainers in the TBCTP c) Monitoring and evaluate program implementation d) Prepare Training Certificates to the trainees who successfully complete the program BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT & PENOLOGY ' a. ldentification / recruitment of trainees for technology based community training program in coordination with TESDA Provincial Office b. Conduct orientation, briefing, and nurturing of the trainees/scholars c. Supervision, monitoring and recommend measure to improve, strengthen and sustain the program d.
