· llAKUNDI, a farmer, reaiding in Bamboo Flats,

Port Blair , owned a buttalo.

In or about 1''ebruary 1945 the accused saw the

buttalo eatin6 aoae ahoota in a hospital garden and

the aooused ahot tbe buttalo.

The aoouaed tlwn prooeeded to search tor the

owner ot the butf alo and when h• tound MilUNDI the aoousecl

and another Japan••• took h1• to the hospital tied him

to a post and beat h1a in turn tor at ho~a. H• loat

oonsoiouaness twice and OD the fira t 000&81on wasreT1Ye4

with hot water.

~I died the aame evening and his badl.J beaten
