Potrebno:

- 1 kg krompira- 500 g junetine od vrata- 1 veća šargarepa- 100 g graška- 2 glavice crnog luka- 1 veći paradajz- 2 čena belog luka- 1 jaje- 30 g putera- začin- peršun

 

 

Krompir skuvati. na ulju propržiti junetinu isečenu na manje kockice  zatim dodati luk isečen na rebarca, šargarepu nakolutove i grašak. Na tihoj vatri sve zajedno dinstati, a onda dodati sitno iseckan beli luk i paradajz na kriške. Začiniti biljnimzačinom i peršunom.Sipati u odgovarajući pekač. Obareni krompir izgnječiti, začiniti po želji, dodati jaje i puter. Dobropromešati i prekriti meso i povrće. Zapeći na 200 °C.
